The St. Regis Bali Resort

What a fantastic resort this is. If there was a way to rate the staff above 10 i would do that. Exceptionally - friendly and always smiling and on top of that they remembered our names. We celebrated my wife's birthday, and they made it so special for her. We have stayed at other St Regis hotels and other top - brands of similar status across the world, but i think this is the best St Regis we have ever stayed at. The hotel facilities are great from the pool to the beach areas and bars. Nothing was too much effort for the staff - if you want a top - class service standard with great facilities this is the place in Nusa Dua and a nice walk down to the Bali Collection shopping area (about 20 - 25 minutes' walk) ...stop for a beer and a foot massage on the way back!

The service we received at the St Regis was outstanding, it was pushing on ‘too good’. The hotel was immaculate and the suite was fantastic.

The rooms were absolutely beautiful! We had a Lagoon Villa which exceeded our expectations. The temperature of our private pool and the lagoon pool was perfect. All of the staff were outstanding, the receptionists, restaurant staff, housekeeping, beach staff, they all made our stay an absolute dream. A special thanks to the staff at breakfast who treated us like royalty! An overall amazing stay at the St. Regis and we will definitely be returning!

Could not fault this property at all! It was truely an amazing experience and one of the best stays we’ve had. Travelling with an 8 month old, the staff made the experience truely exceptional. From the butler, to all the restaurant staff and front of the house staff made it remarkable. Special mention to the butler Enda and buffet restaurant staff (Guna, Sureya)!

Excellent food served buffet style. The room was furnished luxuriously. We received hats, beach bag and small gift. They made quite a fuss about spoiling us to celebrate our anniversary. The tub was filled with rose petals in heart shape, beautiful chocolate fondant cake, fresh fruit and towels folded in swans with red rose on the bed. The friendly and kind service was much appreciated.
